This card is the best under Rs 4,000, though it only beats a Geforce by a small margin. Even if it is based on an old technology, the fact that it has 64 Mb RAM onboard and the DVD hardware decoding feature makes it a more than compelling buy. Mind you however that you need a pretty powerful PC (Probably a Pentium 3 600) to see the real of the beast.
